Welcome

This is the temporary home of Esperanza Bracelet. We are working on web site with professional photos. Until then this blog will provide the basic information.
Esperanza Bracelet is a new cottage industry that hopes to provide jobs to mothers in Tijuana, Mexico, allowing them to work from home.
Many families in Mexico are struggling to make ends meet financially, and while there are opportunities to work in factories, for mothers with small children this presents other problems like child care costs and the number of hours spent outside of the home.
The Esperanza (hope in Spanish) Bracelet is made of genuine Swarovski crystal pearls, Swarovski crystal bicone beads, #11 glass seed beads, and lead safe silver and gold plated brass clasps.
It takes two hours to make each bracelet, using a right angle weave beading technique and using Berkley FireLine 6 lb test thread.
